What is On The Buzzer?
On The Buzzer runs professionally hosted gameshow experiences for corporate groups across the UK. There are two formats: The Gameshow, a live hosted show inspired by classic TV style show games, and The Knowledge Show, which turns your own presentation into a live competition. Both work for groups from 20 to 300 and beyond.
How many people can take part?
Any number. The phone-based setup supports up to 300 devices at once, and because guests play in teams there is no real ceiling on how many people can join in. Smaller groups can use physical gameshow buzzers instead.
Can it be run virtually or as a hybrid event?
Yes. Every format runs in person, fully online, or as a hybrid. Remote players buzz in, score and win on the same footing as people in the room, so distributed teams get the same experience.
Where do you operate?
On The Buzzer delivers events across the UK and brings all the equipment, audio-visual kit and screens needed to run the show at your venue.
How far in advance should we book?
We can turn an event around in as little as a week, and we respond to enquiries within 72 hours. Booking earlier gives us more time to tailor the questions and content to your group.
How much does it cost?
Each event is quoted individually against group size, format and how much customisation you want, so you only pay for the event you run. Organisations running several events a year can reduce the cost per event with a retainer or partnership. Request a proposal for a tailored quote.
What is included?
A professional host, with a co-host for larger groups, runs the show from start to finish. Buzzers or browser-based devices, big-screen visuals, live scoring, tailored questions, setup and pack-down are all included.

Every show is built for the room it is in, so we quote against your group size, format and how much you want tailored. You only pay for the event you are actually running, and the proposal lays it all out before you commit to anything. Good dates go early, especially around Christmas and year end.
