What It Is

The Show That Surfaces What Makes Your Team Tick.

Team Building uses the competitive energy of The Everyone Show to create interactions that carry real weight. Every round is specifically chosen to develop a team skill — trust, collaboration, or strategic thinking — while keeping the energy high and the experience genuinely enjoyable.

The competition is the mechanism. The connection is the outcome. Both happen naturally, without anyone having to be told to participate.

What Your Team Leaves With

Teams leave having competed, collaborated, and learned something about each other they did not know before. The conversations that start during the show tend to continue long after it ends.

The Format

Six Rounds. All Curated for Team Building.

Every round in our library is designed around a specific team skill. We select the three that best match your group's objectives. Tell us about your team and we will advise which combination works best for you.

Delegation

Delegation

Develops: Trust

One person speaks for the whole team. Who do you trust under pressure? This round reveals the answer — and often surprises people.

The Collective

The Collective

Develops: Collaboration

Every team member must agree before an answer is submitted. Consensus under pressure — reveals how your team makes decisions together.

The Wager

The Wager

Develops: Risk Management

Stake your accumulated points on a single answer. Go big and close the gap — or hand the game to your opponents. Exposes how your team manages risk.

The Sprint

The Sprint

Develops: Decision Making Under Pressure

First to the buzzer answers. No conferring, no second chances. Sets the competitive tone and gets everyone immediately involved.

The Consensus

The Consensus

Develops: Emotional Intelligence

Predict what the majority of the room will say. Strategy over knowledge. Reading people is the skill — ideal for mixed-seniority groups.

The Board

The Board

Develops: Competitive Strategy

The finale. Teams predict the most popular survey answers. One wrong call changes everything. Builds strategic thinking under competitive pressure.

Gold badges indicate our three recommended rounds for Team Building. Tell us about your group and we will confirm which combination works best.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a Team Building session run?

+

The standard format runs 90 minutes. If you need it integrated into a conference agenda or a tighter schedule, we can adapt the format. Let us know your timing and we will make it work.

What does the venue need to provide?

+

A screen or projector, a power source, and enough space for teams of four to six people seated at tables. We bring everything else — buzzers, laptop, scoring system, and all content.

How far in advance do we need to book?

+

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead. Popular dates — particularly Fridays and the months of November and December — fill quickly. If your date is soon, contact us and we will confirm availability within 24 hours.

Can the rounds be tailored to our industry or company?

+

Yes. We take a brief before every event. If there are topics relevant to your team, department, or culture that you want woven into the content, tell us and we will build them in.

How do you choose which three rounds to run?

+

We ask you about your team — size, how well they know each other, any dynamics we should be aware of, and what you want them to leave with. We then select the three rounds that will deliver the strongest outcome for that specific group.

Is there a minimum group size?

+

The standard minimum is 20 people. Groups under 20 are quoted on a case-by-case basis — the format still works well, the pricing just reflects the fixed costs involved.
